Items are posted by us within 48 hours of your order (usually 24 hours) subject to cleared payment and weekends/bank holidays.
Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.( Please note some of our items can take up to 7 days to be deliver.)

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations:
You have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges.
When the cooling-off period starts:
The seven working day cooling-off period usually starts on the day after you receive the goods.
If goods are not provided within 30 days of the original order date a refund shall be given.

For any other returns due to damaged or faulty goods:-
(JEWELLERY: We will not take returns on earrings jewellery that has been worn. This is for hygienic purposes. All pewter jewellery are lead/nickel-free.)

Who is responsible for returning goods:
You are responsible for returning the goods, we will refund the postage based on the original postage costs if returned within the cooling-off period. Please ensure that the item is returned in good condition and with its original packaging.
